To start a partnership with TOMEXA, you can contact us via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, direct phone call, or by submitting a price inquiry and proforma request through our website. Our head office is located in Tehran, the capital of Iran, and our aseptic tomato paste and fruit concentrate factories are based in Urmia, Tabriz, Shiraz, and Robat Karim.
Is it possible to receive a product sample and get the analysis before purchasing? Also, what is the minimum order quantity?
Yes, at TOMEXA, we can provide product samples upon request. A detailed product analysis is also shared with the customer before purchase. The minimum order quantity is one container, which equals 22 metric tons.
What is the shelf life of your products and what types of packaging do you offer?
The shelf life of our products typically ranges from 24 to 36 months, depending on the production season. Our tomato paste and fruit concentrates are delivered in aseptic packaging, using metal or plastic drums with capacities of 220 kg, 260 kg, and 270 kg.
Are the products compliant with international standards?
Yes, all TOMEXA products are manufactured in accordance with international standards and hold globally recognized certifications such as ISO, HACCP, HALAL, Kosher, and other relevant health and quality approvals. We are committed to quality, food safety, and meeting the export requirements of various countries.
What are the payment terms at TOMEXA and how is the shipment handled?
The payment terms require full settlement of the invoice amount after sending the proforma invoice and product analysis. The delivery can be either at the factory gate in Iran, handed over to the border customs, or fully shipped to the customer's address.
